After you have created a meeting you can post that meeting to a website within Fugent.
1) Navigate to the “Meetings” section and locate the meeting you would like to promote to a website.
2) Click the “Options” drop-down menu and choose “Post to a Website”. This will open the “Meeting Manager” menu.
3) Next, choose which site and page you would like your meeting to be published to. Please note that in order for your meeting to show up, the page you choose must have a meeting widget on that page.
4) Lastly, click “Publish Meeting to Selected Pages” and your meeting will be promoted to that page.
*Please note if you don’t have permission to post your meetings to a website, you will not see “Post to a Website” in the “Options” drop-down menu.
