1) If you have need to cancel a meeting you need to Navigate to the “Meetings” page and locate the meeting you would like to cancel
2) Click the “Options” drop-down menu to the right of the meeting name and choose “Cancel Meeting”.
3) This will open a pop-up window. In this window, you can send a message to the contacts that have registered for this meeting
4) If you don’t want to send a message, uncheck the checked box.
5) Once you are finished select “Yes”
