Contacts in Smart Workflow roll up to accounts which contain policies. The contacts tab provides you with a centralized repository for all the contacts in your account. Alternatively, each account record will contain the contacts associated with that account.
By default, the contact filter is set to allow you to see recently viewed accounts. You can access the individual contact records by clicking on the contact name.
You can also click the account name to view all the contacts within that account.
Once in the contact record you can either Click “Edit” or double click any field that you would like to edit. Once a change has been made you can click “Save” to update the contact record.
