You can send an email to the prospective policy holder directly from Smart Workflow.
Clicking send an email will present you with the email information. The prospects email address will be prepopulated based on the email provided when the lead was submitted. Your email will also be prepopulated with the email in your account settings.
You can work with your account strategist to create email templates which you can choose from when sending an email. Alternatively, you can send a plain text email by filling in the subject line and body content.
After you send the email you will automatically be directed to the “Log an Activity” screen where you can log the email activity.
