There are a variety of ways that leads are brought into Smart Workflow. The information below outlines the various scenarios an agency encounters when trying to obtain new leads.
Buying Leads within Smart Workflow: Data leads can be purchased within the Smart Workflow system. After you have funded your account and set your lead filters you can turn your lead switch into the on position to start receiving leads.
Buying Leads Externally: Some clients may already be purchasing leads directly from lead sellers. In those instances, depending on the lead seller we may be able to integrate the data from the leads you are purchasing into Smart Workflow. The name of the leads seller, the type of leads being purchased and if they are phone or data leads should be submitted through “Submit Feedback” to scope the integration for the client.
Manually Entering Leads: You can manually enter leads into the system by clicking “Create a Lead” within Smart Workflow. You might enter a manual lead when you have a walk-in or receive an unexpected phone call from someone looking for a policy.
Uploading a Book of Business: If who are tracking leads manually in an excel sheet or using a different CRM system you can export accounts/leads from those systems and upload those accounts/leads into Smart Workflow. A standardized template will be provided that will format the data for an easy import to your Smart Workflow account.
Website and Referral Forms: If you have already purchased the Smart Digital package and Smart Harbor is currently hosting your web site, forms can be created that will route form submission from your site into Smart Workflow’s lead list. Additionally, forms can be created that are an extension of the your Smart Digital site that act as referral form for affiliate partners (i.e. mortgage company passing Home leads).
