Under the “Accounts Tab” you can view, filter, and edit account within your Smart Workflow account. Remember, individual policy leads roll up to a corresponding account so in the account record you can view policy leads for that account.
By default the “Accounts Tab” filter is set to Recently Viewed Accounts. Using the filter you can change the view to My Accounts which will display all the accounts under your Smart Workflow account.
To access and edit the account simply click the account name. The account record will then be displayed. Basic information on the client will be presented to you as well as any associated policies.
