You can create tasks outside of the “Work It” screen. Tasks can be created within an account record in Smart Workflow, or by clicking “New Task” from the My Tasks listing.

When creating a new task, you are required to enter more information than if you created a task by “Logging an Activity”. You can assign the task to an account, a policy, or a user by performing a lookup in the “Related To:” field.
After entering the required information, you can click “Save” to log the task in your account.
